How your boiler replacement works
- Free site visit and quoteOur technician comes to inspect your current system. Based on what we find, we send you a quote within five working days.
- Permit and subsidiesWe handle all the paperwork needed to obtain the permit for your heat pump, and we prepare your subsidy applications. These procedures usually take around three to five months.
- Removal and installationYour existing boiler is replaced with a heat pump or a pellet boiler.
- Commissioning, servicing and follow-upWe set up the system, explain how it works and remain on hand for servicing.
Lead time: generally around six weeks between signing the quote and installation, not counting the administrative procedures.
Our work
Subsidies in Geneva and the canton of Vaud
Geneva: the cantonal GEnergie programme subsidises heat pumps that replace oil, gas or electric heating. The amount depends on the installed output.
Vaud: the Buildings Programme (Programme Bâtiments) also supports replacing fossil-fuel or electric heating with a heat pump.
Amounts and conditions change every year: we will tell you what applies to your home when we send you the quote.
What the law says
Geneva: since 2022, when a boiler is replaced, priority must be given to a renewable solution such as a heat pump.
Vaud: the new Vaud energy law comes into force on 1 January 2027. Oil and gas heating systems that reach the end of their life will have to be replaced with a renewable solution.

Can my home switch to a heat pump?
In most cases, yes, including in renovations. We come and look at your system and tell you, free of charge, what is possible in your home.
How much does a heat pump cost?
The price depends on the size of the house and the existing system. Our technician comes to see your system and you receive a free quote within five working days.
Do I need to replace my radiators?
No, there is no need to replace the radiators.
Which brands do you install?
We install brands including Buderus, Alpha Innotec, Hoval, Stiebel Eltron, Vaillant, Daikin and NIBE.
Do you carry out servicing?
Yes, we service and maintain installations, including heat pumps installed by other companies. We also offer an annual maintenance contract.
Which areas do you cover?
The whole canton of Geneva and the La Côte region of Vaud up to Morges, including Terre Sainte (Coppet, Founex, Commugny, Mies, Tannay), from our head office in Versoix and our branch in Founex.
